# Terms of Service

Canonical (authoritative): https://feeblo.com/terms Markdown mirror of: https://feeblo.com/terms · Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the feeblo cloud service, the feeblo website (`feeblo.com`), and related services operated at `app.feeblo.com`. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Feeblo is an open-source product. The software is separately licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0; these Terms govern the hosted cloud service, not the source code.

## Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, for providing accurate and current information, and for telling us promptly about unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

## Acceptable use

You may not:

- Store or transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the service, including uploading malicious code or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts that do so.

## Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting feedback, comments, votes, or other content you grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to post it. We claim no ownership, and your content is not used for purposes beyond operating the service.

## Subscriptions and billing

- You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan; fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
- Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Polar); we do not store full payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

## Self-hosted deployments

Because feeblo is open source, you may download, modify, and self-host the software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. These Terms do not apply to self-hosted deployments beyond the software license; the software and documentation are provided "as is" without warranty.

## Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services such as email delivery and media storage providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

## Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, feeblo and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

## Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service and other users. On termination your access ends; export your data before deletion if you want to keep it.

## Changes

Material changes are announced by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which feeblo is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and excluding the CISG.
