Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the feeblo cloud service, the feeblo website, and related services operated at feeblo.com and app.feeblo.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Feeblo is an open-source product. The software is separately licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, and these Terms govern your use of our hosted cloud service rather than the source code itself.

Your account

To use the service you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that happens under your account.
  • Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you may not:

  • Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service, including by uploading malicious code or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts that do so.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post to feeblo. By posting feedback, comments, votes, or other content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you post, and you represent that you have the rights to post it. We do not claim ownership of your content, and your content is not used for purposes beyond operating the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features of the cloud service are offered on a paid, subscription basis. If you subscribe:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Polar). We do not store your full payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing by providing reasonable notice; price changes apply to future billing periods.

Self-hosted deployments

Because feeblo is open source, you may download, modify, and self-host the software in accordance with the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. These Terms do not apply to self-hosted deployments beyond the software license. We provide the software and documentation "as is" without warranty, as described below.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services, such as email delivery and media storage providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, feeblo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the service and other users. Upon termination, your access to your account ends; you may export your data before deletion if you wish.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which feeblo is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
